We like to be transparent: remote controls are NOT covered, if they go wrong it's probably because the guest stood on it. We will charge for repair or replacement. Likewise, physical damage to the TV is your responsibility - doesn't happen very often but when it does, we can't be responsible for the guest's behaviour.
